Call caching looking into other cached workflow directories

Not exactly sure if this is what is expected to happen:
I had a workflow called MyWorkflow... Some bugs in my WDL and created some files that were clunky and not good.
I fixed those errors and then ran MyWorkflow_v2 but it still was falling back to the data stored in MyWorkflow aka the not good files...
Ideally shouldnt cromwell only be looking in the same workflow directory to retrieve cached calls?
