Change Manage your PROOF Server "Scratch directory"

Since PROOF defaults to temp this should be either changed to outputs directory or Temp directory.

AH ok, sorry, I thought it was something about the actual path displayed, but it's the text, okay i'll open an issue in shiny-cromwell (could transfer but it's a between org transfer which isn't possible)
