I have a PROOF server started (the server was started using the prod version of PROOF, but looks like that information gets ported here)

However when I am trying to submit a job it says it cant!

Thanks @sitapriyamoorthi i'll see if I can reproduce, though I may not be able to. There's many factors that come into play for this behavior.
