Additional sort options for Track Workflows in bslib version

Based on some discussion with Sanaz: a capability that would be useful in bslib PROOF that he uses in current PROOF is the ability to sort workflows run by END date and runtime. Currently in the bslib version you can only sort by submitted time. Related to this, we'll also want to display the end date on the track workflows page. Working on that.
