Alert emails show HTML code rather than rendered HTML

Issue Summary

When an alert is based on a query whose visualization allows HTML, the HTML is not rendered properly in the alert emails.

Steps to Reproduce

Query

The HTML in the second column renders correctly.

Email

The HTML in the second column shows me the code rather than the rendering.

Expected behavior: The table in the email should look pretty much like the on-website screenshot (first screenshot I provided).

Technical details:

Redash 25.8.0 (67a95e9) running on an EC2 instance, upgraded from 25.1.0 and 10

Firefox 141.0 on Windows 10 and Gmail via Google Workspace, though this shouldn't matter

I'm not in charge of this project, I just reported a bug. As far as I know you're free to work on it.
