How to disable 'Refresh' button for some set of users?

Currently, all Redash users have 'default' role which gives them Dashboard access which has 'Refresh' option available.
How can we provide read-only access to a dashboard, which consists of multiple widgets populated by database queries and is auto-scheduled to update daily, without using a public URL? i.e Not allow users to do explicit 'Refresh'
