The arrow icon with an exclamation mark informing that the form upload failed changes after going back to the main menu and then to Start new form

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Scan user "bb” QR code https://test.getodk.cloud/#/projects/385/app-users
2. Go to Start new form and check the arrow icon (with the exclamation mark).
3. Go the main menu.
4. Go to Start new form and check the arrow icon (without the exclamation mark).

Expected behavior

The arrow icon shouldn't change- should keep the exclamation mark.
