[Feature Request] Global Search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have lots of one-shots in messed directories. I can't find what is in where without search

Describe the solution you'd like
Like a filter to filter entries in same directory, I want a global search.
I think a global search should have an option to filter that results is entries or titles to prevent messed results.
From results, we can go to read an entry directly, or open a title that have the entry.

Describe a small use-case for this feature request
For now, I used a search on an OS explorer. It's useful that Mango has own search feature

Additional context
I gave up to manage my library directories :p
