reconstruction based on sessionInfo output #146

This looks a nice package for an all too common issue...
One issue I see is that installed packages often are not up to date when an analysis is done - some packages might be from some months ago, some from 2 weeks ago, others installed today (assuming I'm doing a report today, or timepoint of report minus the times indicated for historical reports)... so reconstructing the graph based on a date is not necessarily the most useful.
Many people include sessionInfo somewhere in reports/outputs which includes the package versions. Maybe it would be helpful to be able to create the dockerfile based on a copy/pasted sessionInfo output?
Just a thought :) Nice idea package in any case!
