[FEATURE REQUEST] Add GCAP 2.0 runs to integration tests

The current integration test script runs a series of simulations for GEOS-FP and MERRA-2 met fields at 4x5, 2x2.5, and nested-grid resolutions. We should expand this capability to include at least a full-chemistry simulation with GCAP 2.0 met fields. This will require downloading a sample set of GCAP 2.0 input data from the U. Rochester ftp site to Harvard.

This will now be added into 13.3.1 or 13.4.0 depending on readiness.

Is there an update on this work?

It was on hold because I was on leave, but I can resume work on it this summer. It should be simple enough to do, I just need to do a dryrun on our cluster to obtain the necessary files for a short simulation and then make sure the GCAP simulation works on our end.
