Related to GCHP restart files
Currently all of the GCHP restart variables are double precision. It is possible that we do not need to carry all of the restart values at this level of precision. This feature request is to look into which variables we should keep as real 8 and which can be changed to real 4. Making this change will reduce the storage requirement for restart files, which is especially good for runs at high resolution.
