Here a summary of features (given in order of priority) that we should/could add . After we are done with item 3+ we should revive the paper. My preference would be to submit the paper after we have implemented 5. We could add 6 in the review process.

  1. Time period advance/and movie capability
  2. Capability to link multiple displays (this would be outside insarmaps (possibly within GitHub). You adjust the parameters for one dataset. Based on this information several datasets (2-4 or more) are displayed in exactly the same way in one screen (original issue is [51]Display multiple data sets on one web page #51), but needs to be updated.
  3. Full documentation (including installation instructions)
  4. Ingest scripts in parallel
  5. Capability to ingest vertical and horizontal displacements and alternatively display LOS or up, east-west. In addition capability to produce profiles with vectors, see plot at end (needs efforts by Falk to produce Up, East-west)
  6. Add GPS vectors to all plots (needs efforts by Falk on different Helmholtz tranfomations of GPS for each plate)

I thought about item 5. MintPy currently does not produce vertical/horizontal time series. So we first need to modify MintPy to produce them. So this is something for later.
