[TODO] Add Notification widget/feature

Right now, the app has a Notification icon in the topnav bar.

It doesn't do anything at all.

Create a Notification widget or feature that opens from the Bell icon.

We are using mui

Here is some notification ideas as to what notifications should appear in the bell icon in the navigation bar using the MUI Badge (red circle w/ dynamically changing number based on number of notifications user has received)

Recommendations based on reading preferences: Send personalized book recommendations to users based on their reading history, favorite genres, or authors they like to read.

Reviews and ratings: Notify users when someone comments on their book reviews or when a book they reviewed receives a new review.

Wishlist updates: If users have added books to their wishlist or bookshelf, send notifications when those books go on sale or when there are updates or news related to those books.

App updates and new features: Inform users about new features, improvements, or bug fixes in the app.
