Follow-up to #1229.

Some notes from what's not tested (although running contrib/coverage.bash will give up-to-date info):

  • Link section past end of bank
  • Link section overlapping with another
  • Various kinds of invalid object files
  • SECTION UNION
  • Linker script syntax error and recovery
  • Linker script impossible ALIGN at end of bank
