What would you like to be added:

With the PR #743, the e2e tests have been fixed and made available to run with AWS, GCP, AZURE and their emulators. Currently, they are not run in the pipeline anywhere, but will be required to do so using PROW. This issue acts as a tracker for that.

Why is this needed:

To run e2e tests against PRs for enhanced testing.
