[BUG] Two snapshots appear at a time

I'm not sure why I run two snapshots

i found this pr #574
Introduced 24 hour automatic full snapshot, I can understand this feature, but is there some configuration that controls this parameter, and then, even if it is a 24 hour synchronization, why do I run two full snapshots when I start up, is this a bug?

With this PR: #680 this issue should be resolved.
