What would you like to be added:
We already read the project quota and show it on the Project Administration Page.
We should also take the quota into account for create actions.

  • Create Shoot
  • Add Secret
  • Add Serviceaccount
  • Create Terminal

Why is this needed:
Currently the user only gets the error after filling out all information which is very unfortunate.
