This is a feature suggested by Gabriela a while ago

Posting to Be Counted via Twitter:

d @bcounter 3w4m Advanced Django Tutorial #pygotham

and we could have the conference already registered or not. Maybe it
makes it easier to have it already registered.
and we can have the message as a direct message or not.

so it could be something like this:

d @bcounter {digit}w{digit}m{digit}o {title} #confence_hashtag

speaker_gender_hashtag

with the other count and the speaker hasthag as optional

And we could have it as a message in their stream and get them without
registering. With that we should read the stream for that conference
hashtag and look for counts.
