时间格式化问题 #300

G4KLX 你好!
建议在仪表板设置中加入时间格式化方式选择, 以用于标准化转换网关显示信息.
例如 : Wed, 25 Mar 2020 02:39:52
yyyy年MM月dd日 HH时mm分ss秒
yyyy/MM/dd HH:mm
yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss 等等...

并且我发现在设置中选择时区后, 网关信息显示列名还是 CST.这好像是个Bug.

建议能够修复, 联动显示时区表示:
如: CST SAT CCT 等等...

或者采用协调时间表示:
UTC UTC+1 UTC+2 UTC+3 UTC+4 UTC+5 UTC+6 UTC+7 UTC+8
