iOS Packaging on macOS Ventura (13.6.1): Failed to locate any simulator runtime matching options

Using the latest fyne v2.4.3 I'm getting this error when packaging for iOS:

Note that I have a working Xcode iOS and Android development environment that works with Flutter.

Can you please share what iOS SDK and simulators you do have installed?

Also try building for "iossimulator" to see if you get the same.
