feat(openfeign): 移除 openfeign starter 模块

- 删除 CustomizeFeignErrorDecoder 错误解码器类
- 移除 CustomizeUrlBlockHandler 限流处理器类
- 清理 FeignGlobalConfiguration 全局配置类
- 移除 FeignInterceptorConfiguration 拦截器配置类
- 删除 FeignProperties 配置属性类
- 移除 OkHttp3ConnectionManager 连接管理类
- 从 bubble-dependencies 中移除 starter 依赖声明
- 从 bubble-starters 中移除模块引用
