定时升级里的“【国内IP段】数据库”更新失败，gfw升级成功

正好看了下，好像这几天这个自动升级做了代码更新，恳请帮忙检查下

而老版本的国内IP和gfw都能自动升级成功

不要选择2:00更新，我是没改前和改后2:00更新国内IP段就失败

自动更新显示很正常：
