1、把域名一键导入白名单不行吗？类似gfwlist的列表，默认存在一个，也可以自定义地址或内置地址的联网更新，如勾选则一键导入白名单
2、直接写死dns地址的话如何保障114.114.114.114在用户侧的可用性？使用smartdns测速的或者其它dns工具的就失效了啊
