Dear Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention a recurring issue that we have been encountering while using your .Net 6 architecture. The error message we consistently face is "Unable to connect to the server."

This problem occurs sporadically and does not seem to follow any specific scenario. Users experience this error at random intervals, and the only workaround we have identified is to refresh the page, after which the data begins to load successfully. Interestingly, there is no discernible pattern to trigger this issue. At times, logging out and logging back in resolves the problem, while in other instances, a simple page refresh suffices.

Compounding the challenge is the fact that occasionally, instead of the expected data, users are redirected to the login page, further complicating the issue.

To provide you with more insight into the problem, I have attached a screenshot of the encountered error.

We have tried to reproduce the error deliberately, but the lack of a consistent pattern makes it challenging to identify a specific set of actions leading to the problem.

As we are nearing critical milestones in our project, the recurrence of this issue is causing disruptions and affecting user experience. Your prompt attention and assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Best Regards,
