No QR Code Detection since Qt 5.13.2 under Mojave

Hi there,
I'm using QZXing in an qt quick app based on the example you provided. Everything worked fine under Qt 5.12.8. I had to upgrade to Mojave and in the same time I upgraded the Qt to version 5.14.2.

Everything compiles fine, app starts without any errors, the webcam image is visible, detection starts BUT it doesn't find any QR Codes. I haven't tried any other tag types. Switching to 5.13.2 and 5.15.0 results in the same problem.

Detection in the current repo version of the QZXing Live Example is also not working, so it should be a problem from my code side.

Right now I switched back to 5.12.8 which solves everything.

unfortunately I do not have any MAC device to test on so I could only make assumptions. I will try to find some references from issues of other people and get back to you.
