Can't find paket.dependencies

Description

When editing paket.dependencies, I get this message:

It seems to occur if I delete a line.

The solution was converted from nuget using the extension.
The paket.dependencies is next to the SLN:

The normal commands seem to work, I could right-click paket.dependencies in the solution explorer and click install, etc. (The first time Visual Studio completely crashed, but it crashed inside the C# project system, not sure if related)
