Similar to:

Когда клиент из ЕС вручную переходит из FRUGUE UK, DE или FR во FRUGUE RU, должна появляться следующая надпись:
"Нужна доставка в ЕС? Перейдите в наш Европейский магазин. Frugue Россия не обслуживает ЕС. "

Во время checkout клиент из ЕС не должен иметь возможность сделать покупку во Frugue RU.
