"Find sync conflicts and merge" does nothing

When I use the "Find sync conflicts and merge" command, nothing happens. It doesn’t matter whether I’m on a file named "conflict" or not. When I use "Diff and merge" instead, I can manually choose which file to compare it with. Why doesn’t the first option work?

Steps to reproduce

Fresh installation
Obsidian v1.8.10
File Diff: 1.1.1

1. open Commant palette
2. type "diff"
3. select "Find sync conflicts and merge"
4. nothing happens?
