Detect extra Auto-Reply header

We have auto-responders coming from OpenSRS via Amazon SES. I'm not sure which system adds the headers, but this header is added to the final message that is received in FreeScout:

X-Autoresponder: Will not send another autoreply for 86400 seconds

But this header is not (yet) detected as valid auto-response. The version without the er at the end is detected.
Would it be possible to also add this header?
