labeling workflow
- and then plan skill-level waterfall
- i.e. i figure it out, give it to Philip/Aaron, who figures it out and gives it to the newer folk

Moved to 'To Do' bc there is a much shorter term plan to just track the heads via Aruco markers.

We can do DLC stuff on a slower cadence and integrate that in to the full pipeline later
