Import/export customized environment configuration file

At the moment, there isn’t a way to automatically export/import a custom environment, such as object’s type, number and position, and background file, when we upgrade the framework to a newer daylybuilt. We can do it manually only. It would be nice to have an “import/export environment” option which makes the hard work
