Describe the bug
"The system is allowing users to schedule appointments for past dates."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Login
  2. Click on 'Enrolled Batches'
  3. Click on 'Schedule Evaluation
  4. here if you choose past dates, system is allowing if there are empty slots.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Screenshots
Today is 16-02-2025, but system is allowing to fix appointment on 13-12-2024
