🐛 [Bug] - French translations (in COA tab) shown when country/currency is set to Canada/CAD #949

Expected Behavior

The itemised values in the COA to be in English, not French.

Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new company
Choose Canada and CAD for the Country and Currency fields under Locale
Head to Setup > Chart of Accounts

Translations are all in French
