Thinking a video might be one deliverable of a promotional concept.

Question -- Do we design the overarching promo concept per release or once-and-vary? Given that as volunteers we have a stake in lots of variety to keep people interested and an essentially unlimited labor budget. OTOH, brand equity is a real thing ...

If we are moving to more frequent releases, they will probably have fewer WOW features in this and I don't see this as something necessary anymore.
