To process a second Query while SUSI is speaking #315

Describe the bug
Currently, SUSI processes 2 queries while playing audio. We must also add the second query processing while it's speaking audio

Expected behavior
To process the second query while SUSI is giving out previous answers

Additional context
I would like to try to work on this issue

A library called celery can be used with this
