Currently the form does not work in the same way as eventyay-talk. As a first steps of aligning the two components in the forms area please help to resolve the bug that the links in forms in the organizer view and order review pages of attendees show html code. Expected:

1. Show the actual links instead of the html code.
2. Ensure the form export continues to work.
3. Encode any hyperlinks in CSV formatted file.

FYI: In following steps we plan to implement rich-text support in both eventyay-tickets and -talk, but this is out of scope of this issue.
