Support Open Event JSON Format and APIs

The goal of the volunteer system is to facilitate the work for event organizers. We need to be able to add a schedule and get in updates easily. The open event system is already creating a schedule and list of speakers. In order to get this data into Engelsystem we need to support the JSON format and APIs. Please propose and implement

• upload of Open Event JSON
• Connection to API endpoints of open event
• Support of APIs https://open-event.herokuapp.com/api/v2/
• Document your implementation in a md file and create a blog post

@mariobehling : My proposal for implementation of the above involves the following:

• Creating a new events page and allowing admin to add and edit the events.
• Updating the database(tables) according to the data received from the APIs.
• Importing the JSON formats from the API's and on the events page and updating the data in the database.
• Implementing the APIs.

Will be creating separate issues for all the tasks, and upload wire diagrams for each step.
