New Example: Datetimepicker

I would like an example that demonstrates:

The usage of Datetimepicker (both datepicker & timepicker in one input).

@kentcdodds @cliche7 I currently opted to use separate types bound to the same model, but I still would like to see a nice implementation that makes use of ui-datepicker & ui-timepicker

really i want learn all this stuff, but still confuse which one i need to understand first.
you might see Gillardo/bootstrap-ui-datetime-picker#84 .
I already use it, and now wait he merge a PR.
I really glad if can make a example for datetimepicker.
any suggestion? make new template or use one of there directive?
