Hey @gavry ! This is definitely on the roadmap! We've taken some baby steps in that direction by shipping link prefilling which allows you to gather feedback in emails by embedding the first question of the survey in it and tracking the response. In the long run we'd love to build something similar to the messaging flows you can build with customer.io but for experience management. You can imagine a UI like this (which is usually used to setup branching) but to trigger event-based surveys: For example:
