When a new window pops up, or when you send a window to another workspace, the size of the windows "re-equalizes", which isn't what I want

When A window pops in or pops out, I'd like for the windows on the workspace I'm on to try to keep their existing size as much as possible. Ideally split one of my existing splits, rather than shift everything other (like i3 would)
