The current badges index page (https://dev.to/badges) could use a more pleasant overall design as a small win.
The current version is rough enough that any redesign probably works. Functionally if we wanted to make improvements here that are more delightful, it could be fun to include badges people have and have not achieved in the vein of an "unlocked character" type screen?
We should also likely differentiate between badges which can be achieved and ones which are sort of one-off. I.e. they are in circulation, but they can't realistically be achieved anymore. This would likely require adding a column like type_of to badges to allow for "one off" or something like that.
Anyway, a purely aesthetic redesign would likely be a good start vs anything more complicated.
