Probably because it has several features that packer.nvim does not have, and may not have for awhile (if ever) - at least that's my take on why lazy.nvim is a Good Thing. |

I just felt like writig a new plugin manager. No specific reasons. Not everything needs a reason. I'm not trying to sell anything here. I do this for fun. And if others find it interesting as well, then good. If not, then also good. If you're happy with your current plugin manager, then there's no reason whatsoever to swicth, unless you find some of the features in lazy interesting. Completely up to you. |

lazy.nvim has been the fastest one I got on startup time with my setup, I just migrated from packer + impatient, but kept all the plugins and confs I had previously, and it has cut the loading times in half and has cut storage usage to 1/3.
