Trademarks and Copycats

Similar to Anki, rnote seems to have gained enough tracktion to have garnered copycats. This situation is similar to AnkiPro and AnkiWeb. People who get recommended rnote, could easily download the wrong app.
It would probably be in the best interest of the project, to fund a non-profit, and file a trademark for rnote as a notetaking app. With this, it's then possible to file an abuse complaint with google, and get the copycats to change their name.
