Test plugin

Tools for testing will be provided as plug-in of portal. This will allow to isolate where the problem is coming from and to construct client-side app which is not yet integrated with the server for some reason. Of course, users will be able to utilize this plugin and jsfiddle to report non-network issues.

And one more thing: this will be a reference for portal server for node.js
