[ Tizen - Webos ]Cannot build old project on RC12 project

@pauliusguzas Hello i facing this issue since last week and i didn't update Renative package but now the project want to run on RC16 version though my renative is on RC12.

how i can resolve this issue.

@hemko2020 sorry for late reply, because you are using npx, global rnv version is being picked up, so you maybe have diffefernt global rnv version installed
