I wanted to keep fresh-container focused on one single aspect: providing an API to check for stale containers. The plan is to let other tools integrate with fresh-container to perform the restart or other kind of automation. Think of it as the "unix philosophy".

Hello,
I have read https://flavio.castelli.me/2020/02/27/semantic-versioning-and-containers/, seem that fresh-container does not support direct container updating and even if, notifications, metrics, etc are still not supported.
What about contributing directly to watchtower ( containrrr/watchtower#749 (comment) ) and implement fresh-container semver updating logic ?
Ideas?
Thanks
