Some KDE "Special application settings" appear to be ignored #421

If you apply the "Focus stealing prevention" setting:

  1. Click the application icon in the top left of the window>More Actions>Configure Special Application Settings...
    • Add Property...>Focus Stealing prevention
  2. set it to Force, and Extreme
  3. Set element desktop to autostart (I have it set to autostart on a separate virtual desktop)
  4. observe that focus is stolen regardless of that setting

The application should respect those settings.

I have confirmed that this is, indeed, an issue with the flatpak -- the non-flatpak version doesen't have this issue.
