Element refuses to launch

Hi, I have used my "Element" Matrix client in another window manager and now it refuses to start with cinnamon. I tried to delete the folder .var/app/im.riot.Riot and start the program again. But I can't launch it.

Here's the error Message:

It says: Starting failed, Wrongfully configured
When trying to launch from Terminal I get:

The error indicates an error while trying to reach the homeserver. There is also hinted, that a directory /home/anon/.var/app/im.riot.Riot/config/Element which holds some kind of configuration.

Both things one should check, maybe there is an issue with a proxy, maybe there is a network permission missing, maybe the homeserver setting is wrong/outdated/broken.

Well, the Window also appears, If I reinstall. Also there's no option to change the Homeserver. I am not giving the possibility to change
