PyPI does not allow direct links to software repositories. Hence, we need to find a way how to handle those dependencies that are not on the Python package index. The most obvious ones are mtcutils, iqrm, and spyden.

No all the dependencies are on PyPI at the moment, so advise to insta…

…ll directly from the GitHub repository instead. Once we can push new version to PyPI again, revert this. See this issue: #2
