[UI] Navbar Revamp

The current navbar has unused blank right space, which looks odd in terms of UI. The night mode toggle would be better off being in the navbar so that it is easily accessible to users even as they scroll.

1. The navbar social media icons will be separated to a different menu named "socialmenu" and the same function is called again in menu.js , but we would make change to the corresponding css such that they align to the left of the navbar.
2. Day/Night toggle will be conveniently placed in the rightmost corner of the navbar to upgrade the UI.
3. Fork/Star info has been highlighted in the UI.
